Terms of Service

1. Nature of the service

PetFoodFix is the umbrella platform operating Dog Food Fix, providing educational pet nutrition guidance based on food labels and owner-provided information. It is not a veterinary consultation, diagnosis, treatment, or prescription service.

2. Educational purpose

All reports, recommendations, and content are for educational purposes only. They are based on published nutrition principles (FEDIAF 2025, NRC) and a manually curated product database. Individual dogs vary. Always consult a veterinary surgeon registered with the RCVS for health concerns.

3. User responsibilities

• You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
• You must provide accurate information about your dog.
• You must not use this service for emergency situations.
• You must not rely on this service as a replacement for veterinary care.

4. No emergency use

If your dog is experiencing an emergency — collapse, severe vomiting or diarrhoea, blood in stool, difficulty breathing, suspected poisoning, or refusal to eat for more than 24 hours — contact a veterinary surgeon immediately. Do not use Dog Food Fix.

5. No replacement for vet care

Dog Food Fix does not replace regular veterinary check-ups, vaccinations, parasite control, or clinical examinations. If your dog is unwell, has a diagnosed condition, is under 12 months old, or is pregnant or lactating, please contact a veterinary surgeon registered with the RCVS.

6. Payment and digital delivery

Reports are delivered as digital PDFs. Payments for Brazil services are processed via Dodo Payments or Asaas. Access to purchased services is granted via a secure token link sent to your email.

7. Refunds and cancellations

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Dog Food Fix to generate content for resale, spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring system or scrape our product database.

9. Intellectual property

All content, scoring logic, report templates, and branding are the property of Dog Food Fix. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the report for your own dog. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish report content.

10. Limitation of liability
