Refund Policy

1. What Is Covered

• Digital reports (all markets): our 7-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. Email us within 7 calendar days of purchase and we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
• Red-flag refund (automatic): if a safety red-flag is found after you paid, we stop report generation and automatically issue a 100% refund to your original payment method (see Terms, section 4).
• Bespoke / manually reviewed work: refundable until the bespoke analysis work begins. Once it has been performed and delivered, it is non-refundable (see Terms, section 5).

2. How to Request a Refund

Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, Dodo Payments (the Merchant of Record for your order). We do not keep your card details, so we cannot choose a different destination. How quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer after we release it.

3. Your Statutory Rights

United Kingdom & EU: when you buy digital content, your standard 14-day withdrawal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 / EU Consumer Rights Directive expires once delivery begins, because you asked for immediate performance. Our voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee applies regardless. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot be waived.

Brasil: o direito de arrependimento de 7 (sete) dias corridos previsto no Art. 49 do Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Lei nº 8.078/1990) é integralmente reconhecido para todas as compras remotas: basta solicitar o cancelamento dentro do prazo, com devolução integral do valor pago. Após os 7 dias, vale a garantia voluntária de 7 dias descrita na seção 1 desta política, sempre aplicada a favor do consumidor.
