Data Requests
Access • Correction • Portability • Erasure
This is the working path to exercise the rights listed in our Privacy Policy (section 7) under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR and the Brazilian LGPD. One email starts the request; we handle the rest and confirm the outcome in writing.
1. Start a Request
Email us from the address you used at PetFoodFix and say which right you want to exercise. Example: “I request erasure of my personal data under GDPR Art. 17.”

Refund / order questions are not data requests — use the refund policy instead.
2. How We Handle Your Request
- We confirm receipt of your request by email.
- We verify it is you: we match the sending address to the records we hold (for example the email used for a report or purchase). We ask for more only if we cannot locate your records.
- We act: access, correction, portability and erasure requests are completed, in whole or with a stated legal reason for any part we must keep.
- We answer in writing within 30 days — or within 15 days for LGPD requests (Art. 19, II) — as stated in the Privacy Policy (section 11).
Some data cannot be erased on request: financial and transaction records are retained for 6 years under UK and Brazilian tax and accounting rules (Privacy Policy, section 6). When that applies, we tell you exactly what is kept and why.
3. What Erasure Covers
Erasure removes your intake submissions, reports, dog profile and support correspondence from our production database, and stops non-essential storage of your identifiers. Your consent record for cookies stays only as long as needed to respect your current choice. Emails already delivered to your inbox are under your control.
4. Privacy by Design
We never charge for a data request and never discriminate against you for making one. Full details live in the Privacy Policy; complaints can be raised with the UK ICO or, in Brazil, with the ANPD.

Para exercer seus direitos previstos no Art. 18 da LGPD (confirmação, acesso, correção, anonimização, bloqueio, eliminação, portabilidade e revogação de consentimento), envie uma solicitação para petfoodfix@lookadev.com indicando o e-mail usado no atendimento. Respondemos em até 15 dias (Art. 19, II), com confirmação de recebimento e a lista do que foi tratado, do que foi excluído e do que precisa permanecer por obrigação legal.
